Return/Refund Policy
If the Product(s) DTDL Dharma Shop delivers are not what you ordered; or are damaged; defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, DTDL Dharma Shop shall have no liability to you unless you notify DTDL Dharma Shop via email within 10 days from the date of delivery. If you notify a problem to DTDL Dharma Shop under this condition, DTDL Dharma Shop shall, at its option:
All Customers should examine the Products at the point of delivery or purchase. If the defect or fault existed at the point of delivery or purchase but was not detected or detectable by the Customer’s examination but is later discovered within 1 month of delivery, customers shall email DTDL Dharma Shop and will review and respond on a case by case basis.
You shall not be entitled to a return, or refund, or discount if:-
(1) You damage the Product(s);
(2) the Product(s) was misused and the misuse caused the defect;
(3) the Product(s) was tampered by you or by an unauthorized third party and damaged in the process; and
(4) the defect or fault was caused by ordinary wear and tear.
DTDL Dharma Shop reserves the right to amend/update the terms and conditions herein at its sole discretion without prior notice to the Customer. It is your responsibility to review the Terms prior to submitting any order and DTDL Dharma Shop shall have no responsibility to notify you of any changes to the Terms prior to any such change.
The buyer shall bear all costs related to the return of the Product(s).
