Return and Refund Policy

Customers are encouraged to inspect all Products immediately upon receipt or collection.

If the Product(s) delivered by DTDL Dharma Shop are incorrect, damaged, defective, or if the quantity delivered does not match the order, customers must notify DTDL Dharma Shop by email within ten (10) days from the date of delivery or collection.

Customers may be required to provide photographs or other reasonable evidence to support their claim before any return, replacement, or refund request can be processed.

Upon review of the claim, DTDL Dharma Shop may, at its sole discretion:

  • replace the Product(s);
  • repair the Product(s), where applicable; or
  • provide a full or partial refund of the purchase price paid for the affected Product(s).

If a manufacturing defect that was not reasonably detectable upon delivery or collection is discovered within one (1) month of the delivery or collection date, customers should notify DTDL Dharma Shop by email with supporting photographs and relevant details. Each claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No return, refund, exchange, or discount will be granted if:

  1. The Product(s) have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, improper storage, or improper handling by the customer.
  2. The Product(s) have been used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose and such use caused the defect.
  3. The Product(s) have been altered, modified, repaired, or tampered with by the customer or any unauthorised third party.
  4. The defect or fault is the result of ordinary wear and tear.
  5. The Product(s) substantially match the description and photographs on the Website, but the customer changes their mind after purchase.
  6. The Product(s) are consecrated, blessed, empowered, personalised, customised, or made-to-order, unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

For hygiene and religious reasons, prayer beads (malas), wearable items, consecrated items, blessed items, incense, and other devotional Products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Returned Products must be in their original condition and packaging (where reasonably possible) and must not show signs of misuse beyond reasonable inspection.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer shall bear all costs associated with returning the Product(s). Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other related fees are non-refundable.

DTDL Dharma Shop reserves the right to inspect all returned Product(s) before approving any replacement, repair, or refund.

This Return and Refund Policy does not affect any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Singapore.
