Shipping Policy
International Shipping
DTDL Dharma Shop ships worldwide using SingPost, Speedpost, EasyParcel, or other courier services as deemed appropriate.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, parcel weight, dimensions, and the prevailing courier rates.
While we strive to ship to most countries worldwide, shipping availability may vary due to postal restrictions, customs regulations, carrier limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All orders are processed within 6 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information, where applicable.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from DTDL Dharma Shop and/or the courier service provider containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the courier's tracking system.

Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, GST, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees charged by DTDL Dharma Shop.
DTDL Dharma Shop shall not be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any refund shall be at the sole discretion of DTDL Dharma Shop and may be subject to deductions for shipping, customs, handling, and administrative costs.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
DTDL Dharma Shop shall not be liable for delays caused by postal services, courier companies, customs authorities, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For tracked shipments, delivery shall be deemed completed once the courier tracking system records successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.
