International Shipping

1. DTDL Dharma Shop will use the Singpost or Easy Parcel courier platforms to deliver your parcels. Shipping costs are calculated using Speedpost Singapore's Price Guide. https://www.speedpost.com.sg/sites/default/files/m...

2. According to the current list on Singpost, we offer international shipping to the vast majority of the world's countries. Due to the COVID-19 issue, several nations may be unable to supply courier services.

3. All orders are processed within 6 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do you check the status of your order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from both us and the courier provider (Singpost or Easy Parcel) with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 16 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dtdlshop@gmail.com or contact us at +65-83231941 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
