Damaru

This traditional wooden Damaru is handmade of the best quality parts and produces a beautiful, rich sound. The skin of the Damaru is made according to traditions. It has a five-colored tasseled tail and the five colors represent the five wisdom Buddhas. It also comes in a gold lotus pattern cover, adorned with eight auspicious symbols. Damarus are used during Tibetan Buddhist ritual ceremonies as music offerings to the Buddhas.

For convenience, Damaru has padded brocade for comfort and hand support while playing for a long time.
